4x4 Strength & Conditioning

SF's most unique and challenging fitness class! In this 55-minute class your strength and conditioning abilities will be pushed to new limits.

Class includes dynamic warm-ups, then 4-minute rounds of strength moves including kettle-bells, dumbbells, and resistance. Followed by 4-minute rounds of conditioning on the rowing machines. Class may also include Conditioning/HIIT/Body-weight/Core-work.

Finish by stretching and cooling down for a few minutes before hitting the showers and then all SF has to offer.
