Strength + Conditioning

In this 55-minute class you will be pushed in terms of your strength and conditioning abilities. Class includes dynamic warm-ups, strength moves including kettle-bells, dumbbells, TRX and weights. Class uses rowing for conditioning and also includes HIIT and body weight conditioning work. Finish by stretching and cooling down for a few minutes before hitting the showers and then all SF has to offer.
