Vinyasa Yoga (All levels)

In this 55-minute deep vinyasa yoga class you will explore how and why we use specific yoga poses and be challenged both physically and mentally. Class includes a slower paced flow style, breath-work, imagery, stress management techniques, meditation and is accessible for all levels.

This class is based on Sri Yoga and is deeply rooted in yogic philosophy and is designed to introduce students to more subtle ways of practicing and experiencing themselves.
