Tribe Yoga Flow (All levels)

55-minute vinyasa yoga focusing on a complete yoga practice of physical poses, breath-work and mindfulness.

In this class you will experience Tribe SF's unique way of delivering a yoga class which is challenging, both physically and mentally. Class includes a vinyasa style class diving into the first three layers of the human experience; Body, Energy and Mind. This three layered approach is designed to introduce students to more subtle ways of practicing and experiencing themselves in a deeper, more connected and holistic way.
