Meditation for Stress Relief

In this 55-minute online group mediation and coaching session you will learn how to meditate, reduce your stress and begin to discover your true self and life. Class is led by our senior teacher and is a safe and nurturing way to learn about meditation and yourself.

Come with an open mind and heart, also be ready to discuss any questions you have pertaining to your practice.
