Tribe Fit HIIT

Push yourself through the 7 major movements of the body including Squat, Hinge, Push, Lunge, Pull, Rotate and Gait with this high intensity class designed to make you sweat and work. Class will cover mobility, stretching, static, dynamic and plyometric movement as well as how to perform movements with specific equipment such as dumbbells, kettle bells and bands.

Class is designed in a Cross-fit/High intensity format created to push you from beginning to end with awesome sets and workouts.
